IDEA sponsors an annual District Employee of the year award that recognizes an employee for their outstanding work & efforts to promote conservation.

IDEA also recognizes district employees that reached 10, 20 & 30 years of service with their respective districts.

Both awards are awarded at the annual IASCD conference in November.
